FRESHMAN YEAR 2017

Played in 19 of the 20 games, with 18 starts … Became the 14th player and just the second defender in team history to be selected NJCAA All-American, making the third team ...  Named first-team All-East Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference and first-team All-Region VI at defender … Also selected the KJCCC East Division Defensive Player of the Year, the second in team history … Was a key part of the Lady Cavaliers defensive mix that held opponents to just 19 goals scored, posted a goals against average of 0.94 and tallied nine shutouts … Also helped out on the offensive end with one goal and five assists for seven points …  Had two assists an 8-1 win over Cowley (9-7-17) … The first assists led to the game winning goal … Netted JCCC’s second goal to secure a 2-0 victory over No. 11 Butler (9-29-17) … Provided the assists on the first and third goals in an 8-2 win over Kansas City Kansas (10-17-17) … The second assist was a game winner … Fired 39 shots over the season, 21 on goal, for a shots on goal percentage of .538 … Had a season high five shots against Butler (9-29-17) and Coffeyville (11-2-17) … Credited three shots on goal against Kansas City Kansas (9-26-17), Butler (9-29-17), Coffeyville (10-12-17) and again against Coffeyville (11-2-17) ... Earned first-team NJCAA Academic Student Athlete honors with a 4.0 grade point average.
